How do we ship?
We ship all orders via FEDEX or UPS Ground unless stated otherwise. All shipments are FOB out of our warehouse located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This means that the ownership of the parcel(s) is transferred to the consignee when picked up by the carrier. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses via USPS may require additional shipping charges not reflected in your shopping cart at the time of checkout. You will be contacted via phone or email prior to the addition of any shipping costs and/or alternate delivery times. Shipping prices may be higher in these areas depending on weight and/or size of the product.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We offer local pick up only with hand delivery, we do not accept pick up from any carrier or freight forwarder.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1:00PM Pacific Time are usually processed for shipment within one business day. Shipping days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking numbers are available for orders shipped via FedEx. Tracking numbers are not available for USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are sent automatically via email, generally in the evening after your order ships.
How long before my order arrives?
Typically Ground Services deliver within 2 to 5 business days from our Las Vegas location.
Returns Policy - Warranty Coverage
All sales are final. Returns of non-defective product within the first 30 days from date of purchase are subject to a 20% Return Fee. Sales Tax will be charged on all orders delivered to an address in Nevada.
Damaged items or missing parts / accessories not as advertised must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of product. Shipping fees and/or Return shipping costs are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Only defective product returns will be accepted after 30 days for repair or replacement only. To return a product you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Computer-show.com uses your order number as a RMA number. Include this with your return, along with a note with the reason for your return.
Once a return is active and approved, the customer has to ship the item within 10 business days, otherwise the warranty is voided. If we receive the item after these terms, the item will be repaired and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If the customer approves the repair fees and return costs, these will have to be paid in advance.
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned due to an invalid address, are subject to a 15% Return Fee plus applicable handling fees.
All product(s) must be returned as originally received to include original packaging, and all bundled accessories. Returns must be packaged appropriately as to minimize any unnecessary damage during transit. Product(s) damaged during shipment will invalidate both the warranty and RMA and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
All Warranty Exchange replacements are subject to product availability. If an exact replacement is not available upon testing Computer-show.com will substitute the product(s) with a similar, suitable, or upgraded product(s) of equal or greater value within 1 to 4 business days. If none of these options are available Computer-show.com will credit the customer’s account based upon current market value of the received product(s).
All warranty repair work will be done by Computer-show.com at no charge to the customer. Computer-show.com will ship the product back to the customer at no shipping charge. Shipping and delivery to Computer-show.com for warranty work is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Warranty covers the unit as originally purchased. If there is a modification to the hardware of the unit the warranty can be considered voided. Please Contact Us before any action is taken to repair/modify the unit during the warranty period.
Computer-show.com will not be responsible or held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product(s) it sells including products with a net total cost of $0.00.
Per product descriptions, compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed; a product that is incompatible in a specific hardware/software environment is not therefore inherently "defective".
Computer-show.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Computer-show.com prides itself in customer satisfaction, we thoroughly test all product before we ship, we make every reasonable effort to make sure you receive what you ordered and in the condition advertised.
We offer a warranty extension to 1-year on selected items. You can purchase it on the product page. The extension covers functional issues, does not cover shipping costs, only repair costs.
